1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Wavalea digital portal, purchasing surfboards or accessories, or submitting custom shaper requests, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Custom Surfboard Orders & Shaper Bays

Every Wavalea surfboard is handcrafted. Once a custom shaping job has advanced past the initial CNC Blank Stage in our Shaper Bay, cancellations or alterations to the board's hydrodynamic dimensions may incur a restocking fee. Custom resin tints are artistic and unique by nature; subtle variations in marble and pigment flow are proof of artisanal craftsmanship.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. Full payment is required at checkout to confirm and queue production. We reserve the right to correct any typographical or inventory errors in product pricing.

4. Shipping & Ocean Freight

Surfboards are packed in double-walled reinforced marine freight coffins with protective nose and tail foam. Delivery tracking is issued as soon as the board clears final glassing inspection and polish. Please inspect your board upon delivery before signing the carrier slip.

5. 30-Day Water Trial & Returns

We stand behind every craft we shape. If your stock board does not perform to your expectations within 30 days of delivery, you may exchange it for an alternative shape or return it in accordance with our return guidelines.

6. Intellectual Property

All rocker foils, concave designs, logos, artwork, photography, and brand media are the exclusive property of Wavalea. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.

7. Ocean Safety & Assumption of Risk

Surfing is an inherently dynamic ocean activity with inherent risks. Riders are solely responsible for knowing ocean conditions, tidal currents, reef depth, and their personal physical capabilities.
